We are located in the town of Cerro Punta in the heart of the International Friendship Park and minutes away from Volcan Baru National Park in the highlands of the Province of Chiriqui. Cabins are surrounded by the River Chiriqui Viejo and the weather is eternal spring with a temperature of 24c during the day and 18c at night.
The advantage of staying at Eco-Cabins is that you are already at the park and can enjoy a variety of activities like hiking the many trails of the both parks, bird watching (1,000. species),horse back riding, hiking to the top of the Volcano Baru or to Bocas Del Toro (guide needed), wild trout fishing, visit the pre-columbian site, tour nearby towns, visit the famous hot springs, visit local dairy or horse farms, orchid farms and gardens. Or you can just relax and enjoy the fresh air and the wonderful view of Volcano, mountains and native indians working the land as several indian families live across the river. Transportation and guide can be provided for additional fee.

Our 4 private cabins have one full size bed (extra bed can be added). One large cabin has 3 couches that fold out to beds to accomodate a total of 6 people, closet, full kitchen, furnished living & dining room, hot water and a porch looking out to the extinct Volcano Baru and mountains.
